Same day shipping:
Most orders received before
2:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day
(except holidays), providing that there is no problem with the payment
authorization or verification and the products ordered are in stock. However,
same day shipping is not guaranteed. Some orders may be held longer for credit
card verification procedures.

different than billing address, please call your Credit Card Issuing Bank
and register the shipping address so we can call and verify this
information. (The bank phone number is located on the back of most credit
