    XRCGEAR respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only.
  2. Security Policy  
    Security is our number on priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once the information is received through the Internet, trusted authorized employees will process your payment, and make sure that your information is handled with the highest level of security.
  3. Money back guaranty / Return for refund  
    XRCGEAR provides 21-day satisfaction guaranty to insure your complete satisfaction with our products. All items except otherwise mentioned or outlined below, can be returned or postmarked within 21 days from the original date of the invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all opened/unopened/defective merchandise returned for refund. Defective merchandises are subject to Warranty repair/replacement for the same item. The original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.
  4.   An order is not binding upon XRCGEAR until it is accepted; XRCGEAR must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product's ordered is due prior to shipment.

  1. Sales Tax  
    Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within the sate of California.
  2. Change Orders  
    You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call XRCGEAR at 909-869-8860, Monday through Friday, 09:00am to 4:00 pm PST to change your order. Please always have your order number ready. A revised order confirmation will be emailed to you promptly. Please make sure you receive a revised order confirmation from XRCGEAR. No order will be considered changed if there's no revised order confirmation issued by XRCGEAR. A request sent through Email may not be received in time.
  3. Cancel Order  
    You may request a cancellation of your orders, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call XRCGEAR at 909-869-8860, Monday through Friday, 09:00am to 4:00pm PST to cancel your order. Please always have your order number ready. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you promptly. Please make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation from XRCGEAR. No order will be considered canceled if there's no cancellation confirmation issued by XRCGEAR. A request sent through Email may not be received in time.
  4. Order Status  
    You can always check your order status on our website by logging into your account. XRCGEAR will also do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mails. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you once the item is shipped.
  5. Product Listings  
    XRCGEAR product descriptions are not designed or intended to replace your personal product knowledge, experience and/or research. XRCGEAR strives to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions, compatibility references, information content, pricing, links and any other product information contained in or referenced on our site. However, occasional human error may occur and we therefore cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is entirely accurate, complete, current, or that we are responsible for these errors. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical or any other error, XRCGEAR at its sole discretion shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product and immediately amend, correct or remove the inaccurate information. Moreover, all links on XRCGEAR are intended only to provide visitors with assistance finding additional information and professional opinion; however, due to the fast pace of the industry, complex nature and personal subjective experience, reviews can become outdated or less accurate over time or even at inception and should therefore never be the sole determinate in a purchasing decision, or, most importantly, a substitute for doing one's own product research.
  6. Cross Ship  
    XRCGEAR does not cross ship LCD Monitors under any condition. All other items can be cross-shipped if: 1. Customer agrees to pay cross ship item. 2. The exact same item is in stock. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. Under no condition will XRCGEAR cross ship any item after 21 days of original invoice date.
  7. Inspection  
    The buyer shall inspect the goods at delivery and shall notify XRCGEAR of discrepancies, damages straight from the manufacture, and/or missing items within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
  8. Damaged claims  
    It is very important to inspect the package at time of delivery. It is best to refuse delivery if carton shows signs of damage otherwise customer must sign an exception at time of delivery noting damage to carton to file damage claim when carton is visibly damaged. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 2 days to file the damage claim with shipping carrier. You could either:  
    - Call 1-800-pick-ups to submit a damage claim with UPS within 48 hours of receipt of goods, and call XRCGEAR customer service at 909-869-8860 immediately After the damaged shipment claim were submitted.  
    Or - call XRCGEAR and have us to help you submit the damage claim.  
    Carrier Claims of physical damage need to be reported to shipping carrier and XRCGEAR within 48 hours of product receipt. If the item appears to be damaged straight from the manufacturer, please also call XRCGEAR within 48 hours of receipt of Goods.
