How to Order

  2. We will email you the total and itemized costs including shipping charge within 24 hours ( except weekends and holidays).
  3. Please reply to our email and put "I Agree to the total cost and International Terms and Conditions" in the subject line.
  4. We will send you order confirmation and payment instructions.
  5. Please make the payment.
  6. To expedite your order, please kindly inform us as soon as the payment is made.
  7. Merchandise will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is received and tracking number will be provided.

 

 Shipping Method


To provide you the most economical shipping cost, we ship all the international orders via "Global Express Mail" provided by United State Postal Service

 Estimated Time of Delivery


The estimated time of delivery is approximate 4-6 business days. The tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package is shipped.

 Payments Accepted


For all the international orders (except Canada), we only accept wire transfer and PayPal. The detail payment instruction will be emailed to you once you agree to our total cost and International Terms and Conditions.

 International Terms and Conditions

  1. Total cost quoted does not include..  
    The total cost quoted does NOT include the custom & duty charged by your country nor brokerage fee that might charged by the shipping courier for the custom clearance.
  2. International order processing fee  
    Customers will be charged $15 for international order processing fee.
  3. Shipping damages  
    The packages will be fully insured. In case of shipping damage (very unlikely), we will help customer to claim insurance from the shipping courier out of courtesy. Please note that XRCGEAR should NOT be held responsible for any shipping damages.
  4. RMA  
    In case if there's any RMA issue, all RMA returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipment or any out of country shipment requiring Brokerage or Custom Fees will be accepted. XRCGEAR will return ship to customer via regular shipping method and pay shipping charges to destinations within USA only, customer pays all balance. Any other shipping arrangement will cost extra. XRCGEAR will pay no Brokerage, duty, customs fee, V.A.T., or any other fees except return shipping cost.

 Warranty Policies

  1. All products sold by XRCGEAR except otherwise mentioned or outlined below, carry one (1) year manufacturer's warranty as outlined by the product's manufacturer. The warranty does not extend beyond the original buyer of products from XRCGEAR.
  1. Warranty periods begin on the date of invoice.
  2. XRCGEAR does not support the manufacturer's warranty on any product beyond one year unless otherwise stated. For any manufacturer who offers a warranty on products exceeding one year, it is the Buyer's responsibility to deal directly with the manufacturer for any repairs of the product beyond the first year of warranty.
  3. Some manufactures provides direct services to end users. It is recommended whenever possible customers return items(s) directly to manufacturer for service which greatly improves the turnaround time. Some manufactures pay 2 way shipping for repair / replacement products.
  4. Customers may be referred directly to certain manufacturers to process RMAs directly. Customers will be notified at the time of requesting RMA service.
  5. XRCGEAR does not warrant any products that have been subject to improper use, abuse or physical damage. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physically damaged. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product.
  6. Removal of any serial number or warranty labels will also void warranty of product.
  7. XRCGEAR is a retailer only. Products sold by XRCGEAR are not manufactured by XRCGEAR. XRCGEAR hereby gives notice to disclaim any and all product liabilities arising from the sale of the product. Customer acknowledges that XRCGEAR is only providing a service to handle any warranty claims against a manufacturer and will not be held liable, tangible or non-tangible, for any warranty loss or damage incurred by the customer.
  8. XRCGEAR does not take responsibility for the manufacturer warranty, if for any reason the manufacturer does not cover their warranty.
  9. XRCGEAR is not responsible for any damages to customer's equipment caused by products purchased from XRCGEAR.
  10. Defective products will be replaced with the same product if the same product is still available. Otherwise, XRCGEAR reserves the right to decide whether to repair the defective product or to replace it with a similar product.
  11. Cross shipment for replacements or exchanges may be allowed only if : 1. Customer agrees to pay for cross ship item (s). 2. The same item is in stock. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer. Under no condition will XRCGEAR cross-ship any item after 21 days of original invoice date.
  12. For any "returned for repair" or "returned for replacement" product not found to be defective, XRCGEAR reserves the right to charge the customer's account/credit card for its costs to ship the non-defective product back to the customer, as well as a testing fee of not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00 US).
  13. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be in Los Angeles County, California. In the event of default, the prevailing party  legal action is entitled to recover attorney fees and court costs incurred in litigation of this matter.

 

 RMA Policies

  1. Original receipt is required for all return for refund or RMA replacement / repair service.
  2. Customer need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the product back to XRCGEAR. All returns without RMA number will be rejected.
  3. For RMA REPAIR / REPLACEMENT, once RMA numbers issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by XRCGEAR. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. After 15 days, the RMA number will be cancelled and all shipments will be refused.
  4. For RETURN FOR REFUND, all items except otherwise mentioned or outlined below, must be returned or postmarked within 21 days from the original date of the invoice. No refund after 21 days from the date of the invoice.
  5. A 15% restocking fee is charged on all opened/ unopened/ defective merchandise returned for refund. Defective products are subject to warranty repair/ replacement for exactly same model.
  6. The original shipping charge is not refundable
  7. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the SHIPPING LABEL of boxes containing the returned product, no the carton. Please do not write RMA number(s) on the carton.
  8. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to XRCGEAR. All items returned must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Any products damaged during shipping will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all risk of loss or damage for the return product during shipment.
  9. Customers agree to bear all return shipping charges. All RMA returns must be shipped prepaid. No collect shipment or any out of country shipment requiring a Brokerage or Customs fee will be accepted. XRCGEAR will return ship to customer via regular shipping method and pay shipping charges to destinations within USA or Canada only. Customer pays all balance. Any other shipping arrangement will cost extra. XRCGEAR will pay no Brokerage, duty, customs fee, V.A.T. or any other fee except return shipping charge.
  10. Customer agrees that all returned for refund products will be 100% complete, in re-salable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, XRCGEAR’s return procedure will be breached and XRCGEAR will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
  11. Some manufactures provide direct services to end-users.   12. If a credit is due, the credit will be processed within 3 business days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
  13. Refunds are issued back to the original source of the purchase. We do not issue store credit.

 

 

 Limitation Of Liability

 

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES XRCGEAR's MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. XRCGEAR SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. XRCGEAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT XRCGEAR IS APPRISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
